With a background in compliance and quality management, I led teams to achieve remarkable results, including overseeing the transformation of a nonprofit's quality management division, where my leadership contributed to a near 100% reduction in losses. Under my guidance, the organization earned high praise for its standards, documentation, and seamless collaboration with auditors — a testament to my commitment to operational excellence.
My JD and LL.M. have finely tuned my skills in compliance and quality control, giving me a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and their application in various industries. My Master’s in Communication and Certificate in Organizational Communication allow me to communicate complex ideas clearly, facilitating understanding and collaboration across teams.
My expertise is further bolstered by hands-on experience in Medi-Cal (CalAIM reform), private insurance billing, and in-depth report writing, making me highly skilled in crafting precise, actionable reports and navigating the intricacies of compliance and billing.
