We cannot give legal advice.
We cannot advise if you need an acknowledgment or jurat. You will need to know which you will need prior to the appointment. We do bring both types of certificates if needed.
Please be sure to bring a physical ID with you. Every person having their signature notarized needs an ID and must be present.

Scope of Services

Federal 1040 $100 | 1040-X $25 | Extension-only $25
California 540 $50
Fees are not contingent on refund amounts.
Payment & Nonpayment
Payment is due at filing. $25 NSF fee applies. No release of returns without payment but all documents provided by the taxpayer will be returned.
Electronic Consent & Storage
Client consents to electronic signatures, delivery, and storage via MyTaxPrepOffice.
Refund Transfer Prohibition
ESC does not offer refund anticipation loans or refund transfers.
